Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

This week's SMS was hosted by Stephanie of Ice Cream Before Dinner. Check her blog for the recipe :) If you like peanut butter cookies, give this one a try. They are deliciously chewy. It is my new go-to for the famously crisscrossed cookie!

*My cookies crackled a bit on top.. I think I may have included too much baking soda. Regardless, they were still tasty!

    The cookies look wonderful, great job! I actually really like the crackles, maybe because they seem to make the cross-hatch even more distinct?

    Thanks so much for stopping by and saying hello- it was lovely to hear from you :) Your cookies look delicious (and what better accompaniment than a tall glass of milk!) Mine also had some crackling, so I think it's just the recipe. At first, the perfectionist in me was a little bothered by it, but in the end, I decided it just adds to their rustic homey appeal. Yours definitely look (more than!) good enough to eat!

    Aren't they suppose to crack on top? this is my first time making peanut butter cookies, so I actually don't have an idea what they are suppose to look like
