Bacon and Spinach Quiche

Has anyone ever captured a great picture of quiche? Not the best, obviously... but I can assure you that it tastes fantastic! I served each slice with a dollop of sour cream and it was delish!

Bacon and Spinach Quiche

1 dozen eggs
1/4 cup milk
8 slices bacon, fried
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups sliced mushrooms

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Whisk eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper.
-Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces.
-Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
-Evenly place mushrooms on bottom of dish.
-Place 1/2 of the bacon bits next.
-Add spinach.
-Add egg mixture.
-Add cheese.
-Add remaining bacon.
-Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

  2. The ingredients here sound delicious. I make quiche almost every weekend and have yet to get a nice picture of one.
