Well, this recipe was a flop for me. Literally. Shortly after this picture was taken it fell. Is it bad to say that I sneaked a bite to taste it? I mean, I had to know if I would make it again, right? Besides, the part I ate was safe from the floor! My verdict is... no, I would not make it again. No love for the strawberry salad :( It was to Jello-y for me. The crust was good and the cream cheese fill was good. Also, I think I would have preferred fresh strawberries... I am not the biggest fan of the frozen strawberry taste.
